Indiana High School Basketball - University knocks off Indianapolis Shortridge

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the University Trailblazers (Carmel, IN) and the visiting Indianapolis Shortridge Blue Devils (Indianapolis, IN), observed University's basketball team overcome Indianapolis Shortridge by a margin of 56-47.

The Trailblazers (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Westfield (Westfield, IN). The Shamrocks come into the non-league challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, Westfield defeated Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN), 75-57, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Indianapolis Shortridge will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 18-2 record after their 59-57 league win over Muncie Central (Muncie, IN).
