In Friday's league contest, the host Mid-Buchanan Dragons basketball team scored a big 78-32 win over the Plattsburg Tigers.

The Dragons (15-8) will now prepare for their contest against South Nodaway (Barnard, MO). The Longhorns come into the non-league contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, South Nodaway smashed DeKalb (DeKalb, MO), 67-18, in a non-league contest.
