New Jersey High School Basketball - Shawnee toppled by Camden Catholic
February 14, 2025: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Camden Catholic Fighting Irish (Cherry Hill, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ), 51-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Camden Catholic upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Fighting Irish travel to Haddonfield (Haddonfield, NJ) to face the Bulldawgs in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Bulldawgs enter the match with a record of 12-4. Haddonfield won 54-32 in their recent league match against Gateway Regional (Woodbury Heights, NJ)
The Renegades now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady of Mercy Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Shawnee will face a Villagers squad coming off a 64-60 non-league win over Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Villagers record now stands at 13-11.
