The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) and the host West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX), observed Fort Bend Austin's softball team notch a victory over West Brook by a tally of 10-2.

The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Tompkins (Katy, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Tompkins was routed by Klein Oak (Spring, TX), 10-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bruins battle the St. Joseph Flyers (Victoria, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 14. West Brook will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Flyers go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cypress Creek (Houston, TX).
