In Friday's non-league test, the Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX), by a tally of 24-2.

Next, the Tigers meet the Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 15. Gunter will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 3-0 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX).

The Wranglers (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Skeeters go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record.
