The IMG Academy Ascenders baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Lowndes Vikings to 1 in the Ascenders non-league win on Saturday.

The Ascenders now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Braden River for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 17. IMG Academy will play a Pirates team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Parrish Community (Parrish, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
