The Limon Badgers basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Fowler Grizzlies to 35 in the Badgers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Badgers now have a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Stratton for a 2A/1A Union Pacific game on Friday, February 20.

With the loss, Fowler falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Swallows Charter Academy (Pueblo West, CO) to confront the Spartans in a 3A/2A Santa Fe game on Tuesday, February 17. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 15-4. Swallows Charter Academy won 65-44 in their recent league outing against Hoehne (Hoehne, CO)
