New Jersey High School Basketball - West Essex crushes Cedar Grove
February 15, 2022: North Caldwell, NJ 07006 West Essex Knights (North Caldwell, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cedar Grove Panthers (Cedar Grove, NJ), 68-42 in a league bout.
With the win, West Essex upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Shabazz (Newark, NJ) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-10.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Golda Och Acadmey (West Orange, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 17. Cedar Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 53-42 non-league loss to Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ).
