Delaware High School Basketball - Howard crushes Brandywine
February 15, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19801 Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE), 80-42 in a league bout.
With the victory, Howard upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Salesianum (Wilmington, DE) to play the Sallies in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Sallies come into the bout with a record of 10-7. Salesianum won 54-49 in their recent league bout against St. Elizabeth (Wilmington, DE)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Milford Buccaneers (Milford, DE) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 22. Brandywine will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 72-70 non-league loss to Polytech (Woodside, DE).
