Michigan High School Basketball - Charlotte crushes Hanover-Horton
February 15, 2023: Horton, MI 49246 Charlotte Orioles (Charlotte, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hanover-Horton Comets (Horton, MI), 76-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Charlotte upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Orioles host Ionia (Ionia, MI) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Capital Area - White bout on Friday, February 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Ionia won 47-41 in their recent non-league bout against Alma (Alma, MI)
Next up, the Comets clash with the Gull Lake Blue Devils (Richland, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 18. Hanover-Horton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 62-59 league win over Lakeview (Battle Creek, MI).
