New York High School Basketball - Hutchinson-Central Tech holds off Emerson Vo-Tech
February 15, 2023: Buffalo, NY 14215 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Hutchinson-Central Tech Engineers (Buffalo, NY) and the visiting Emerson Vo-Tech Eagles (Buffalo, NY), saw Hutchinson-Central Tech's basketball squad hold off Emerson Vo-Tech by a tally of 58-55.
With the victory, Hutchinson-Central Tech improves its record to 4-13 on the campaign. The Engineers host South Park (Buffalo, NY) to confront the Sparks in a Section 6 Buffalo I challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Sparks come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. South Park won 66-61 in their recent league challenge against International Prep at Grover (Buffalo, NY)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca Wolves (Buffalo, NY) in a Section 6 Buffalo II challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Emerson Vo-Tech will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 68-47 non-league win over Buffalo Academy of Science (Buffalo, NY).
