Florida High School Lacrosse - Wellington bounces Suncoast
February 15, 2023: Riviera Beach, FL 33404 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Wellington Wolverines (Wellington, FL) and the host Suncoast Chargers (Riviera Beach, FL), saw Wellington's lacrosse team top Suncoast by a margin of 16-4.
The Wolverines (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Park Vista (Lake Worth, FL). The Cobras come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Park Vista notched a victory over Atlantic (Delray Beach, FL), 17-6, in a non-league test.
In their next game, the Chargers face the Cardinal Newman Crusaders (West Palm Beach, FL) in a 1A D13 test, on Thursday, February 16. Suncoast will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 17-1 non-league win over Palmer Trinity (Miami, FL).
