February 15, 2024: Newton, IA 50208 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the A-D-M Tigers (Adel, IA) and the host Newton Cardinals (Newton, IA), saw A-D-M's basketball squad knock off Newton by a count of 68-56.
With the victory, A-D-M upgrades its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Atlantic (Atlantic, IA) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 19. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 9-15. Atlantic lost 76-73 in their recent league challenge against Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Knoxville Panthers (Knoxville, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 19. Newton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 71-60 league win over Chariton (Chariton, IA).
