Delaware High School Basketball - St. Mark's crushes Wilmington Christian
February 15, 2024: Hockessin, DE 19707 St. Mark's Spartans (Wilmington, DE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wilmington Christian Warriors (Hockessin, DE), 61-22 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Mark's upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Spartans host Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Hodgson Vo-Tech lost 67-48 in their recent non-league bout against Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE)
Next up, the Warriors play the Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Wilmington Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 55-36 league loss to Seaford (Seaford, DE).
