In Thursday's non-league contest, the Paschal Panthers (Fort Worth, TX) softball team overwhelmed the host Bryan Vikings (Bryan, TX), by a margin of 6-1.

With the triumph, Paschal moves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Willis (Willis, TX) to play the Wildkats in a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. The Wildkats come into the contest with a record of 1-3. Willis won 7-6 in their recent non-league contest against Hutto (Hutto, TX)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Incarnate Word Shamrocks (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 16. Bryan will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Shamrocks come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Navarro (Geronimo, TX).
