Georgia High School Baseball - Lassiter defeats Appling County
February 15, 2025: Marietta, GA 30066 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Lassiter Trojans baseball team scored a close 7-2 win over the Appling County Pirates.
The Trojans (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Lovett (Atlanta, GA). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Lovett was overwhelmed by St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA), 5-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Pirates play the Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 15. Appling County will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Rebels go into the game with a 2-0 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Perry (Perry, GA).
