Louisiana High School Baseball - Notre Dame wallops Assumption
February 15, 2025: Crowley, LA 70526 The Notre Dame Pioneers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Assumption Mustangs to 0 in the Pioneers non-league win on Saturday.
The Pioneers now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Catholic - N.I. for a non-league test on Monday, February 17. Notre Dame will play a Panthers team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Erath (Erath, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Assumption drops to 0-4 on the year. The Mustangs host St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 2-0. St. Thomas More won 5-3 in their recent non-league match against Southside (Youngsville, LA)
