February 15, 2025: Tifton, GA 31794 The Tift County Blue Devils baseball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Ola Mustangs to 1 in the Blue Devils non-league win on Saturday.
The Blue Devils now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Veterans for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 18. Tift County will clash with a Warhawks team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Wilcox County (Rochelle, GA). The Warhawks record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Ola drops to 3-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 19. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-2. Mary Persons lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Houston County (Warner Robins, GA)
