Nebraska High School Basketball - Gretna East bests Wahoo

The Gretna East Griffins basketball team scored 77 points and limited the host Wahoo Warriors to 68 in the Griffins non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Griffins now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Platte for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. Gretna East will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-37 non-league loss to Gering (Gering, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-20.

With the loss, Wahoo falls to 18-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Malcolm (Malcolm, NE) to play the Clippers in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Clippers go into the game with a record of 12-8. Malcolm won 55-42 in their recent non-league game against Centennial (Utica, NE)
