February 15, 2025: Onalaska, WI 54650 Luther Knights (Onalaska, WI) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Melrose-Mindoro Mustangs (Melrose, WI), 76-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Luther advances its record to 16-4 on the year. The Knights host Black River Falls (Black River Falls, WI) to face the Tigers in a Coulee match on Tuesday, February 18. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 5-15. Black River Falls lost 93-54 in their recent league match against Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau (Galesville, WI)
The Mustangs now own a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whitehall for a Dairyland - Large match on Monday, February 17. Melrose-Mindoro will face a Norse squad coming off a 64-57 non-league loss to Regis (Eau Claire, WI). The Norse record now stands at 8-12.
