February 15, 2025: Bennington, VT 05201 Mt. Mansfield Cougars (Jericho, VT) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT), 58-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mt. Mansfield upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Cougars travel to Essex (Essex Junction, VT) to face the Hornets in a non-league match on Monday, February 17. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 0-1.
The Patriots now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18.
