In Saturday's non-league test, the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) softball squad the host Amarillo Sandies (Amarillo, TX), by a tally of 12-8.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Dumas Demons (Dumas, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 18. Frenship will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Demons go into the test with a 7-2 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Odessa (Odessa, TX).

The Sandies (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX). The Dons go into the 5A Region I District 3 test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Palo Duro was routed by Turner (Carrollton, TX), 5-1, in a non-league test.
