The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the La Feria Lions (La Feria, TX) and the visiting Rowe Warriors (McAllen, TX), observed La Feria's softball team prevail over Rowe by a tally of 12-1.

The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Santa Gertrudis Academy (Kingsville, TX). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Santa Gertrudis Academy was routed by Liberty (Liberty, TX), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
