The Sunset Bison overwhelmed the visiting Lamar Vikings softball team by a final score of 15-3 in Saturday's non-league match.

The Bison (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Newman Smith was routed by Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX), 17-0, in a non-league match.
