February 16, 2022: Bridgeport, WV 26330 The Bridgeport Indians basketball team (Bridgeport, WV), was overwhelmed 79-42 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Morgantown Mohigans (Morgantown, WV)
The Mohigans now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elkins for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 19. Morgantown will confront a Tigers team coming off a 79-60 league win over Preston (Kingwood, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 16-3.
The Indians (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV). The Eagles come into the Big Ten battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Robert C. Byrd trounced Lincoln (Shinnston, WV), 66-39, in a league battle.
