February 16, 2023: Potomac, MD 20854 The Avalon Black Knights (Wheaton, MD) basketball knocked off the host The Heights (Potomac, MD), 67-59 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Black Knights (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Don Bosco Cristo Rey (Takoma Park, MD). The Wolfpack go into the non-league test with a 4-16 record. In their last test, Don Bosco Cristo Rey went down by Friendly (Fort Washington, MD), 80-34, in a non-league test.
The now own a 3-18 record. They play next when they host Bishop O'Connell for a VISAA Division I test on Friday, February 17. The Heights will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 101-73 league loss to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Knights record now stands at 12-12.
