February 16, 2023: Cannon Falls, MN 55009 The Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN) basketball crushed the visiting St. Charles Fighting Saints (St. Charles, MN), 86-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bombers (11-12) will now prepare for their test against Caledonia (Caledonia, MN). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Caledonia walloped Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN), 63-38, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Saints now own a 4-20 record. They play next when they host Chatfield for a AA Section 1 test on Friday, February 17. St. Charles will encounter a Gophers squad coming off a 55-35 non-league win over Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN). The Gophers record now stands at 13-8.
