February 16, 2023: Eureka, KS 67045 Cherryvale Chargers (Cherryvale, KS) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Eureka Tornadoes (Eureka, KS), 58-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cherryvale upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Chargers travel to Uniontown (Uniontown, KS) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 20. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 5-14. Uniontown lost 59-33 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Paul (St. Paul, KS)
Next up, the Tornadoes confront the Olpe Eagles (Olpe, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 20. Eureka will attempt to improve on its 3-17 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 19-2 record after their 65-21 non-league win over Northern Heights (Allen, KS).
