The Carondelet Cougars basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Acalanes Dons to 62 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 22-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salesian College Preparatory for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 22. Carondelet will meet a Pride team coming off a 63-30 non-league win over Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Pride record now stands at 23-4.

The Dons (20-7) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 22-5 record. In their last contest, Heritage was nudged by Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA), 59-42, in a non-league contest.
