South Dakota High School Basketball - Tea trounces Yankton
February 16, 2023: Tea, SD 57064 The Tea Titans (Tea, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD), 62-30 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Titans (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD). The Huskies go into the A Region 4 test with a 11-8 record. In their last test, Elk Point-Jefferson was trounced by West Central (Hartford, SD), 48-37, in a non-league test.
The Bucks/Gazelles now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they host Douglas for a AA test on Friday, February 17. Yankton will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 56-25 non-league loss to Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Patriots record now stands at 2-16.
