February 16, 2023: Macon, GA 31210 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) and the visiting Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), saw Academy for Classical Education's soccer squad triumph over Jones County by a margin of 9-1.
The Gryphons now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tattnall Square Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, February 23. Academy for Classical Education will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 3-3 non-league Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-0.
With the loss, Jones County drops to 1-3 on the season. The Greyhounds host Jackson (Jackson, GA) to meet the Red Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 21. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 2-2. Jackson won 8-4 in their recent non-league test against Union Grove (McDonough, GA)
