February 16, 2023: Brenham, TX 77833 The Brenham Cubs (Brenham, TX) softball routed the visiting Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX), 7-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Cubs (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX). The Brahmas go into the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Hallettsville held off Danbury (Danbury, TX), 9-2, in a non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Judson for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 18. Wylie will confront a Rockets squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Danbury (Danbury, TX). The Rockets record now stands at 1-3.
