Mott Marauders (Warren, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Clawson Trojans (Clawson, MI), 22-9 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mott upgrades its record to 3-16 on the season. The Marauders travel to Port Huron (Port Huron, MI) to play the Red Hawks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 21. The Red Hawks go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Port Huron won 75-67 in their recent non-league bout against Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI)

Next up, the Trojans play the Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 19. Clawson will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Cranes go into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 44-30 league loss to Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI).
