Ohio High School Basketball - Kalida overwhelms Continental
February 16, 2024: Kalida, OH 45853 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Kalida Wildcats (Kalida, OH) and the visiting Continental Pirates (Continental, OH), saw Kalida's basketball squad wallop Continental by a tally of 49-27.
With the victory, Kalida improves its record to 4-16 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Shawnee (Lima, OH) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 14-6. Shawnee won 67-63 in their recent non-league challenge against Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH)
Next up, the Pirates play the Holgate Tigers (Holgate, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 17. Continental will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 57-45 league loss to Edon (Edon, OH).
