New Jersey High School Basketball - St. Mary fells Saddle River Day
February 16, 2024: Saddle River, NJ 07458 St. Mary Gaels (Rutherford, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Saddle River Day Rebels (Saddle River, NJ), 87-75 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Mary upgrades its record to 20-6 on the season. The Gaels host Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ) to play the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Monday, February 19. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 18-6. Northern Highlands won 63-52 in their recent non-league bout against Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ)
Next up, the Rebels play the Glen Rock Panthers (Glen Rock, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 17. Saddle River Day will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 17-8 record after their 67-59 non-league loss to Dwight Morrow (Englewood, NJ).
