New Jersey High School Basketball - Johnson nips Delaware Valley
February 16, 2024: Frenchtown, NJ 08825 Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Delaware Valley Terriers (Frenchtown, NJ), 51-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Johnson upgrades its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Rumson-Fair Haven (Rumson, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 21. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 16-8.
Next up, the Terriers play the South River Rams (South River, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 21. Delaware Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 15-9 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 18-7 record after their 52-22 non-league win over Middlesex County Vo-Tech (Woodbridge, NJ).
