The MacArthur Brahmas (San Antonio, TX) softball routed the visiting Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 10-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Brahmas (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Henderson (Henderson, TX). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Henderson was routed by Johnson (Buda, TX), 4-1, in a non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Round Rock Westwood for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. Fort Bend Elkins will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Alpine (Alpine, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
