Massachusetts High School Basketball - Newton North victorious over North Andover
February 16, 2025: Newtonville, MA 02460 In Sunday's non-league contest, the host Newton North Tigers basketball team scored a good 65-53 triumph over the North Andover Scarlet Knights.
The Tigers (17-1) will now prepare for their contest against Winchester (Winchester, MA). The Red & Black go into the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Winchester topped Belmont (Belmont, MA), 55-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Scarlet Knights confront the Lawrence Lancers (Lawrence, MA) in a Merrimack Valley - Large contest, on Wednesday, February 19. North Andover will attempt to better on its 11-8 season record. The Lancers go into the contest with a 5-14 record after their 71-58 league loss to Methuen (Methuen, MA).
