Georgia High School Baseball - Tift County loses to Hillgrove
February 17, 2021: Tifton, GA 31794 The Hillgrove Hawks crushed the host Tift County Blue Devils baseball team by a count of 9-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Hawks now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marist for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 23. Hillgrove will face a War Eagles team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Lambert (Suwanee, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
Next, the Blue Devils face the Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 19. Tift County will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Marist (Atlanta, GA).
