February 17, 2022: Sandersville, GA 31082 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Baldwin Braves (Milledgeville, GA) and the host Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA), saw Baldwin's soccer squad get by Washington County by a count of 3-2.
The Braves now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Strong Rock Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 22. Baldwin will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over McDonough (McDonough, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Washington County drops to 5-1 on the season. The Golden hawks travel to Dodge County (Eastman, GA) to meet the Indians in a AA Region 3 test on Tuesday, February 22. The Indians come into the test with a record of 3-3. Dodge County lost 8-1 in their recent league test against Jasper County (Monticello, GA)
