St. John's Pioneers (Shrewsbury, MA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host North Polar Bears (Worcester, MA), 59-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. John's upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA) to clash with the Tomahawks in a non-league bout on Monday, February 21. The Tomahawks go into the bout with a record of 2-3.
