February 17, 2022: Wylie, TX 75098 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Tuloso-Midway Warriors/Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX), by a margin of 9-1.
With the triumph, Wylie moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Pirates travel to Judson (Converse, TX) to play the Rockets in a non-league contest on Friday, February 18. The Rockets come into the contest with a record of 2-1. Judson won 17-6 in their recent non-league contest against Idalou (Idalou, TX)
In their next game, the Warriors/Cherokees play the Hallettsville Brahmas (Hallettsville, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 18.
