The Livermore Cowboys baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Castro Valley Trojans to 1 in the Cowboys non-league victory on Friday.

The Cowboys (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Mission San Jose was edged by Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA), 14-1, in a non-league match.
