February 17, 2023: Kennett, MO 63857 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Central Tigers (Cape Girardeau, MO) and the host Kennett Indians (Kennett, MO), saw Central's basketball squad wallop Kennett by a tally of 92-50.
With the victory, Central improves its record to 23-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Central (Park Hills, MO) to play the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 21. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 21-2. Central won 82-53 in their recent league challenge against Fredericktown (Fredericktown, MO)
Next up, the Indians play the Doniphan Dons (Doniphan, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 20. Kennett will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Dons come into the challenge with a 15-6 record after their 57-44 league win over Neelyville (Neelyville, MO).
