Georgia High School Soccer - Lamar County can't get by Peach County
February 17, 2023: Barnesville, GA 30204 In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Peach County Trojans soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the Lamar County Trojans.
The Trojans now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Mary Persons for a 3A Area 2 test on Wednesday, February 22. Peach County will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Pike County (Zebulon, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Lamar County drops to 2-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Spalding (Griffin, GA) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 21. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 5-1. Spalding won 3-0 in their recent league test against Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA)
