Texas High School Softball - Kingwood bounces Bellaire
February 17, 2023: Kingwood, TX 77339 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Kingwood Mustangs (Kingwood, TX) and the visiting Bellaire Cardinals (Bellaire, TX), saw Kingwood's softball squad achieve victory over Bellaire by a count of 9-1.
The Mustangs now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Langham Creek for a non-league match on Friday, February 17. Kingwood will face a Lobos squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Brazoswood (Clute, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Bellaire falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Midway (Waco, TX) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 18. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 4-1. Midway lost 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Clear Springs (League City, TX)
