New Jersey High School Basketball - Cherry Hill East nudges Woodbury
February 17, 2024: Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 Cherry Hill East Cougars (Cherry Hill, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Woodbury Thundering Herd (Woodbury, NJ), 49-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cherry Hill East upgrades its record to 12-15 on the season. The Cougars travel to Cherokee (Marlton, NJ) to clash with the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 21. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 17-12. Cherokee won 56-54 in their recent non-league bout against Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ)
Next up, the Thundering Herd clash with the Penns Grove Red Devils (Carneys Point, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 22. Woodbury will attempt to upgrade on its 14-13 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 10-14 record after their 63-40 non-league loss to Washington Township (Sewell, NJ).
