February 17, 2024: Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 The Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Columbia Cougars (Maplewood, NJ), 54-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Red Devil (16-9) will now prepare for their test against Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Scotch Plains-Fanwood went down by South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ), 67-66, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Watchung Hills Regional for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 21. Columbia will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 53-40 non-league loss to Montgomery (Skillman, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 17-7.
