Minnesota High School Basketball - Rushford-Peterson overwhelms Lyle/Pacelli
February 17, 2024: Rushford, MN 55971 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Rushford-Peterson Trojans (Rushford, MN) and the visiting Lyle/Pacelli Athletics (Lyle, MN), saw Rushford-Peterson's basketball squad wallop Lyle/Pacelli by a tally of 91-58.
With the victory, Rushford-Peterson improves its record to 20-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Cotter (Winona, MN) to play the Ramblers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a record of 16-8.
Next up, the Athletics play the Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons (Wabasha, MN) in a A Section 1 challenge, on Monday, February 19. Lyle/Pacelli will attempt to improve on its 11-14 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 11-15 record after their 72-53 non-league loss to Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN).
