February 17, 2024: Trumbull, CT 06611 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) ice hockey team the host St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT), by a margin of 4-0.
With the victory, Simsbury moves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to South Windsor (South Windsor, CT) to face the Bobcats in a Central Connecticut - North contest on Tuesday, February 20. The Bobcats go into the contest with a record of 7-5. South Windsor won 1-0 in their recent league contest against East Catholic (Manchester, CT)
The Cadets now sport a 2-15 record. They take the field next when they host Darien for a FCIAC contest on Monday, February 19. St. Joseph will face a Blue Wave squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT). The Blue Wave record now stands at 13-4.
